In the Times on Wednesday they had a big article about the man who is responsible for most of the development in DUMBO, and I felt sick to my stomach. I take back my comment about "gee the buildings look nice." This fucking asshole displaced all the artists so he could build luxury condos, then has the GALL to say he wants DUMBO to keep it's "edge." This, accompanied by a photo of he and his wife in their luxury DUMBO penthouse in front of their ten Marilyn Monroe Warhol silkscreens made me want to fucking retch.
