Back in NH. I'm looking forward to doing nothing but eating, sleeping, and reading for the next five days, as well as getting my fill of cable ( what's up with all these decorating shows?). Most of all, I'm looking forward to not having to WALK anywhere. Right now I'm reading The Corrections by Jonathen Franzen, which I initially resisted due to all the hype, but as with so many other things I resisted due to hype ("Nevermind", for one), I'm discovering it's actually quite good and deserved all the hoopla. Tomorrow my big outing will be to Hannaford to get groceries; I love soaking in the bliss of a huge, clean, grocery store that sells wine and doesn't smell like rot.
