G and I just RSVP'D for a Dean fundraiser on the 20th at Avalon, "New York's Most Exciting Club!" according to the announcement. Also, "Special Appearances by Al Franken, Whoopi Goldberg, and The Legendary Miss Gloria Gaynor performing "I Will Survive!" I mean, there is no way I could pass this up!

Went to the Met on Sunday. G's mom belongs to a glass collecting club, and their club organized a guided tour of the Tiffany and cut glass exhibit, and G and I were allowed to tag along. It was really neat. They discovered a punch bowl that they all agreed was attributed to the wrong manufacturer, so I think they might petition to have it re-attributed. I thought that was pretty cool.

After the tour G and ducked into an armor exhibit. I think a suit of armor is one of the scariest things I've ever seen.
