J.Crew needs include the washing instructions for their clothes in their catalogs, because if I knew beforehand that a shirt was "Hand wash only. Do not wring or twist. Lay flat to dry," I'd move on. Hand wash, but don't wring or twist? Are you supposed to just dunk it up and down? I mean, this is just too high maintenance.
