I spied this tiny piece of street art while walking around SoHo yesterday. Let's hope the DeLay and Libby indictments are only the beginning of the demise of this sick administration.

I picked up two books this weekend at my favorite bookstore, McNally Robinson: Globalization: A Very Short Introduction by Manfred B. Steger, part of the Oxford University Press Very Short Introduction series; and Melville House's Art of the Novella edition of Bartelby the Scrivener. These are beautifully designed little books. One of the founders of this house, Dennis Loy Johnson, wrote a fantastic book called The Big Chill: The Great Unreported Story of the Bush Inauguration Protest. I've recommended this book before, but it bears a second mention.

I like the graffiti...it's subversive and it's got that "andre the giant has a posse" feel to it.
