I got the job! And they don't want me to start until October 15, so I have all next week off! Yay!

I do have some important stuff to do next week though, like get my RI driver's license, buy a car, and open a bank account. This is not a good area to be in without a car. Cabs around here suck, and there is no grocery store within walking distance. Plus, I need to drive to work, so a car is a total necessity. I'm equally excited and nervous to have a car again. Those who know me know I am not the most confident driver, and having been off the road for 7 years, I feel like I'm starting all over again. And it didn't help to see a terrible car accident at the busy intersection near my house today.

But I still plan on kicking back and enjoying the week like the free vacation that it is, which means wine at lunch everyday!!
