I signed up for a free trial with Netflix, which I've really enjoyed using. I got my first two movies and watched them no problem, sent 'em back and got my second two movies for tonight. Wouldn't you know it, both movies are scratched and skip and freeze and are unwatchable. Dammit! There goes my night!! I called up Netflix and told them what happened and asked them to extend the trial period, which they did, for an additional ten days. Nice! And the woman gave me a free bonus rental. So although Ridicule and Zodiac are going to have to wait until next week, Netflix really pulled through with their customer service, so I'm not going to give up on them yet.
