G and I may hit a party tonight if we can motivate. I wouldn't mind staying home, but it would be fun to put my new Clinique skills to use. I did a test run this afternoon with the little sample kit I got...definitely need more practice. G consoled me by saying "There are girls who have been doing that three times a day since they were sixteen!" Ha!

I've treated myself to the Acela for my return trip to NYC on Tuesday. Only $10 more than the Regional for some reason. Must be a one-way rate thing. It will be nice to get home and not be living out of a bag anymore, but it will also suck to go back, for the obvious reasons. I am also dying to hit the gym for the first time in nearly two weeks, but until then there are plenty of chocolate chip and peanut butter chocolate chip cookies that G made last night to indulge in, not to mention our huevos rancheros and champagne brunch we have planned for tomorrow morning.
