The end of the semester has been looming for a couple weeks now, and finally I can see the light. Spent all weekend cooped up working on final projects. Two down, only one to go. Thank God. Adding to the crunch is my first work-related business trip, to a conference in San Francisco! I'm very excited. A little nervous, as I've never travelled for work before, but psyched too. I have to help write a company-wide policy when I get back, so this ain't no vacation (although I might try and check out a poetry reading by Billy Childish at the Hemlock Tavern after everything wraps up).
My plane arrives in SF at 9pm, then the conference starts at 8 am the next morning. I'm a little worried about the jet-lag factor, and I don't want to take ambian lest I end up stealing a car out of the parking garage or eating everything in the mini-bar and being charged $500. Any jet-lag tips?
