This is Donut House on Court Street in Brooklyn. The food is either yellow, white, or brown and the old men who work there are translucent and wear white undershirts that you can see through their white button-down short sleeved shirts. The morning after the big August 2003 blackout G and I were foraging for food and ended up at Donut House. Of course they weren't cooking anything, but the guy offered to give us their remaining day-old donuts for free, which we gladly accepted. We sat on a bench outside eating them when the electricity came back on and people started cheering.

do they have a counter and stools bolted to the floor inside? Looks like a great place for a snack.
