Autumn leaves, Barrington, RI.

It's 70 degrees in Providence today. It's the end of October! It's not right! And it's supposed to be in the 70s the next two days. I really hope this article is not true, but that is probably wishful thinking.

Hi there - I surfed in from McPolack, Inc. I'm a lifelong Providence resident, although I just moved 40 minutes closer to my job in Boston... Glad you moved in time to catch the fall, truly the most beautiful season in Rhode Island imho, although much too short. It looks like you're on the East Side - nicest part of town, and where I grew up. Check out Seven Stars bakery on Hope St. and Coffee Exchange on Wickendon St. if you haven't already. Also, the Blackstone Boulevard walking path is great for exercise and people-watching. Atwells Avenue (Federal Hill neighborhood) is an up-and-coming commercial stretch with funky cafes and shops. Anyway, welcome to Prov. and enjoy your stay! Susan D. (sorry, I've pretty much abandoned my blog...)
