Back from Amsterdam - what a beautiful part of the world. Before I pass out from jet-lagged delirium, a few highlights:

Cafe Belgique. This place was so cool! I had the Mort Subite Kriek, a cherry beer. This was no Sam Adams cherry wheat, that's for sure.

Chocolate sprinkles on bread!

The Beatles Museum. G spied this place while we were on a day trip to the Alkmaar Cheese Market. Our tour bus was leaving in 15 minutes so I only got to take a quick whirl around the place, unfortunately. Basically it was the owner's huge collection of Beatles memorabilia. Records covered the walls, and one corner had been turned into "Elenor Rigby's Tearoom." Ha!

Brugge, Belgium. This place is out of a fairy tale. So beautiful.

Well, since it's 4am for me right now and I'm seeing everything in triplicate, time for bed. More later!
